 The SomnoDent Avant is one of the smallest, slimmest, strongest Mandibular Advancement Devices (MAD) which are precisely engineered using proprietary CAD-CAM technology. It features their comfortable, patented Bflex liner for increased patient comfort, and is one of several appliances our office uses for the treatment of snoring and mild to moderate obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) in patients 18 years of age or older.
